Is It Wednesday Already?

Here's the card I'm working on for my July class. Christmas in July will be the theme and what is frightening.....Christmas is only 5 months from my July class....argh! I already feel behind! I'll put the second card up sometime this week. So, here's my workdesk for this morning.... It looks organized for a change...I wish I could say the same for all the new things flopping around in my little ole brain.

I've got to say that this old dog is learning new tricks. The Ipad I ordered a few weeks back arrived and my son came to set it up, show me the tricks (I'm new to touch screen...and typing has proved to be quite the challenge). As you can see, my new toy is waiting for me to start yet another lesson this morning. I'm sure there will be a test! Over at Stamping-Ground there's excitement.....Happy 2nd Anniversary! Check it out! I'm playing along, and I've got to say, I'm excited to share one of my creations. Can't wait to see what the others are doing!

So here we are. trying out the camera. Aren't we just toooooo cute!

I think Karen will have some really cool news this week. I'm not going to let the cat out of the bag...but lets just say....it's exciting news. All you local gals.....keep an eye on her site. Here.

I guess I should get back to doing my "homework"....my son will be out of bed soon and I need to be able to show him I can retain at least one of things he taught me yesterday....

Have a great week.....Hugs to All,

Mary

  10. I’m making a really big effort to get around everyone seeing as it’s a special week. Mind you it’s taking forever and I have a bit of a numb bum now so It’ll be back to my random visits next week I think. I just don’t know how some people manage it every week.

I love the way your Christmas card folds Mary, don’t think I’ve seen one done like that before and your table looks great with your new toy all ready and waiting for your lesson to begin.

Happy WOYWW 2nd Anniversary and …………….
    Happy Crafting!

  14. Ah Mary - how cool you are - an ipad, free tuition AND the ability to retain the info - brilliant! Touch screen will be second nature by now - I have the phone and it took a while, now I find myself bashing the proper keyboard!!
